All digital media comes with a 7 day warranty.  Everything else is eligible for a 14 day exchange/refund period from the date the item ships.  Shipping fees to and from Jay's will not be refunded.  Items returned must be packed inside a shipping box with sufficient protection.  All items must be returned in original condition - items sold in sealed box or on sealed card must be unopened to be eligible for refund.

Defective items may be returned in open condition but may only be exchanged for the same item.

Customer service must be contacted for return approval before any items are returned.
